No full pills anywhere — controls are 8-10px rounded rectangles at 36-40px. Borders are the blue-tinted rgba(67,87,141,.15), never neutral gray. Transition 180ms cubic-bezier(0,0,.38,.9) (published durations 40 / 80 / 180ms). Explicit hover fills and field focus rings were not captured on the live site — the focus state above is derived by stepping the captured hairline to the captured accent #ff5900, and no ring, glow or fill change is implied.
Every step of the scale is multi-layer rgba(16,24,40,…) at very low opacity — a soft physical lift, never a drop shadow, and always used together with the blue-tinted hairline. Motion — durations 40ms / 80ms / 180ms on cubic-bezier(0, 0, 0.38, 0.9), with a font-variation weight token of 750 for animated emphasis. Surfaces are otherwise flat: no gradients, glass, grain or WebGL.
